Gremtek joins the IS Group, part of Diploma PLC

In order to further develop its business by investing in product and market development , Gremtek has decided to join the IS-Group, part of Diploma PLC. By joining the IS-Group
/ Diploma organisation, Gremtek will benefit from the investment and financial backing of
a £1.4bn market capitalisation listed company.
Gremtek will continue to operate as an independent business led by Philippe Oudot in the role of President, and will be benefitting from access to an enlarged product range and further technical expertise.
