it work?<\/h2><p>A heat shrink tube is an extruded polymer tube (PE, PVC, elastomer, PVDF, FKM, silicone, FEP, PTFE, PFA, etc.) that has been cross-linked, giving it a memory shape.<br \/>The tube is then heated and mechanically expanded to increase its diameter, before being cooled down to stabilize this expanded shape \u2014 the form in which it is delivered to the customer.<br \/>When reheated (typically between 90 \u00b0C and 250 \u00b0C, depending on the material), the tube returns to its original extruded diameter, tightly fitting around the substrate and providing:<\/p><ul class=\"listAvecPicto\"><li>Electrical insulation,<\/li><li>Mechanical and chemical protection,<\/li><li>Enhanced sealing (with or without internal adhesive),<\/li><li>Adaptation to complex
