Key Account Manager Automotive

Key Missions (not restrictive)

  • Manages each aspect: business, operational and strategic, at automotive accounts
  • Manages directly day to day issues and relationship at each level of the customer
  • Manages RFI and RFQ and organizes technical and economical discussion required to be awarded
  • Develop personal relationship at each decision level of the customer by regular visits to headquarters and factories in France and Europe (up to 50% of the time)
  • Manages and control exposition and risks with accounts
  • Grab and communicate all information feeding the strategic plan
  • Participates to strategy construction and update
  • Actively participate to operational marketing actions
  • Actively participate to company transformation and digitalization
  • Acquire / Develops New Accounts (New Market Specialist role) according to Company Strategy
  • Support the demand management

  • Direct Reporting: Managing Director

KPI

  • Account PortfolioTurnover
  • Account Portfolio Growth rate
  • Account Portfolio gross Margin in value and percentage
  • Specific Account Portfolio Achievement

Profile

  • Master degree (Bac +3) min in engineering or business
  • 5+ years experienced in Automotive,
  • English fluent (C1), French fluent (C1), a third language at C1 level (German, Spanish, Arabic, Chinese, Turkish ) is a real plus
  • Willingness to travel and meet customers up to 50% of the time
  • Hands on and Team player sharing organizing and animating activities

Position details

  • Home office, with a quick access to an international Airport
  • Willingness to travel in Europe for 50% of the working time
  • Compensation : fixed salary + 5 – 10 % Bonus + car (according to company policy)
