Key Missions (not restrictive)
- Manages each aspect: business, operational and strategic, at automotive accounts
- Manages directly day to day issues and relationship at each level of the customer
- Manages RFI and RFQ and organizes technical and economical discussion required to be awarded
- Develop personal relationship at each decision level of the customer by regular visits to headquarters and factories in France and Europe (up to 50% of the time)
- Manages and control exposition and risks with accounts
- Grab and communicate all information feeding the strategic plan
- Participates to strategy construction and update
- Actively participate to operational marketing actions
- Actively participate to company transformation and digitalization
- Acquire / Develops New Accounts (New Market Specialist role) according to Company Strategy
- Support the demand management

Profile
- Master degree (Bac +3) min in engineering or business
- 5+ years experienced in Automotive,
- English fluent (C1), French fluent (C1), a third language at C1 level (German, Spanish, Arabic, Chinese, Turkish ) is a real plus
- Willingness to travel and meet customers up to 50% of the time
- Hands on and Team player sharing organizing and animating activities
Position details
- Home office, with a quick access to an international Airport
- Willingness to travel in Europe for 50% of the working time
- Compensation : fixed salary + 5 – 10 % Bonus + car (according to company policy)
