Key Missions
- Lead and develop the company’s quality system, working with suppliers, internal departments, and customers.
- Ensure the application of the ISO 9001 V2015 standard and monitor its compliance both internally and externally.
- Manage quality action plans (continuous improvement programs, audits, meetings, maintaining certifications, etc.).
- Ensure regulatory monitoring and guarantee compliance of activities with the implemented quality policy.
- Conduct approvals, industrialization, and FMEA (Failure Mode and Effects Analysis) in collaboration with the design office.
- Manage non-conformities, reporting, and associated action plans (8D methodology).
- Supervise quality control upon reception.
- Conduct quality assessments, improvement plans, and organize internal, supplier, and customer audits with a continuous improvement mindset.
- Manage safety and environmental aspects.
- Supervise and develop the CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) approach.
Reporting
- Reports directly to the Managing Director.
Profile
- Minimum Bac +5 diploma in quality or other technical training.
- Experience of 5 years minimum.
- English operational.
- Practical and collaborative spirit, able to share, organize and facilitate activities.
